2. Bus Ticket Refunds
- Cancellation Period: Tickets can be canceled before the departure time, as per the bus operator’s policy.
- Refund Amount: Varies based on how early you cancel. Cancellation charges may apply.
- No Refund: No refund for cancellations made after the departure time or for no-shows.
3. Train Ticket Refunds
- Refund eligibility depends on the rules set by Indian Railways or the relevant railway authority.
- Confirmed Tickets: Cancellation charges apply as per railway policies.
- Waitlisted/ RAC Tickets: Usually eligible for a full refund if canceled before chart preparation.
- No Refund: After chart preparation (in most cases).
4. Flight Booking Refunds
- Refunds depend on the airline’s cancellation policy.
- Non-refundable Tickets: Only taxes may be refunded.
- Refundable Tickets: Full or partial refund after deducting cancellation fees.
- No-show or last-minute cancellations may result in no refund.
5. Service Charges
- USBDTravServices booking fees, service charges, or payment gateway fees are non-refundable, unless the booking failed due to a technical error on our part.
6. Refund Process
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
